With this software, the institution’s Physical, Staff, Students, Insurance and Legal records are scanned and saved in a secured database for efficient, quick and easy retrieval. There is a secured window for Staff and Students to view their own records. Students can do on-line registration.

Transcripts are up-to-date as soon as course results are posted; and can be accessed on-line by the students. The transcript can also be verified by any agency, once it has obtained an access code from the student. Staff research materials are published on-line. The Bank interface is used by the participating banks to process payments by students from any of the bank branches. Fire, theft, forgeries, file corruption and paper degradation will no longer threaten the institution’s records again.
